RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns will be accepted for replacement only in case of defective goods. The shipping costs include an insurance that fully or partially covers the value of the object, and only in the event of damage in the delivery operations will the customer be entitled to a refund of the money. Please indicate the reason for the return by attaching photos of the object and showing the detail of any damage.
All sales of customized supplies are final. Both the products of our bespoke artistic craftsmanship and those of upholstery and curtains with fabric cut by the meter on request cannot be accepted for refund or replacement.
Returns cannot be accepted if an item has been washed. Returns must include all product tags and inserts, and the sales receipt must accompany the returned items. Keep a copy for your records.
If you receive goods that have been sent in error, send an e-mail to our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of receipt for the return instructions. The order number must be clearly written outside the shipping container.
Please send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method.

Make sure to include the following information in your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and area or postal code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and the approximate date of purchase.
- The article number of the goods, if available.
Once we receive the package, we will promptly exchange or refund according to your instructions.

Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
